DESCRIPTION

Colombia is famous for its excellent coffees, renowned all over the world. Located between the Western and Eastern Cordillera, its humid subtropical climate, the altitude of about 1700 meters, its abundant rains, the very fertile volcanic soil combine to produce excellent quality coffee, appreciated for its particular sweetness. To date, Colombia is the first producer of washed Arabica and the third in the world after Brazil and Vietnam.

This fine coffee is grown in the Medellin region, close to the Andes, at an altitude of 1600 meters. The cultivation of the plant is made favorable by the subtropical climate: windy, with abundant rains, soil of volcanic origin and temperatures around 22 ° C.

The Colombia Supreme, despite being a washed, has a good body and moderate acidity with aromas ranging from fresh fruit to chocolate, hints of walnut to toast and biscuits.
