Payment by bank transfer in advance

Payment by credit card

In case of cancellation of the order both by the customer and in case of non-acceptance of the contract by ORIGINE, the cancellation of the transaction and the reversal of the committed amount will be requested by ORIGINE. The release times depend exclusively on the banking system. Once the transaction has been canceled, ORIGINE will in no case be held responsible for delays and / or damages caused by the banking system.
ORIGINE reserves the right to request additional information from the customer or to send copies of documents proving ownership of the card used. If the customer does not provide such information and / or copies, ORIGINE reserves the right not to accept the conclusion of the contract. At no time during the purchase procedure by credit card, ORIGINE is able to know personal information relating to the owner of the same as the information is transmitted directly to the site of the bank that manages the transaction, a protected site.
Payment with Paypal

Delivery time

ORIGINE uses affiliated couriers / carriers that offer the best service / cost ratio for the destination concerned: this allows us to offer customers the best combination of shipping service and cost of the same.
Attention: Being products made in an artisanal form, these may not be available at the time of the order. In this case you will be notified about the presumed delivery date and you can decide whether to confirm the order or request cancellation.
Receipt of goods
Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document

In no case will it be possible to make deliveries by appointment, at set times or days.
Checking the status of shipments
